The Team

Cieran Lee

Cieran has competed at club level in Jujitsu, Tennis and Squash and represented both his County and University at Rugby Union and League.

His interest in Strength and Conditioning developed over the years of training and competing across these sports, leading him to gain a BSc (Hons) in Strength and Conditioning from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.

The last number of years has seen Cieran gaining experience across a wide range of sports.  From testing players in the Premier League to coaching amateur MMA fighters, he has consistently looked to increase his knowledge base and is passionate about helping people at whatever level, reach their goals.

He gained a foothold into professional rugby interning at London Broncos, moving on to an Assistant S & C Coach position within the London Wasp Academy before taking over as the Head of S & C for Premier 15’s Elite Women Rugby Champions Saracens.  Spending the 17/18 and 18/19 seasons which they won both of, Cieran worked with many international players, managing their club and international commitments.

Currently, Cieran’s areas of interest include Speed Development, youth athletic development and return to performance (Rehabilitation).  He regularly upskills himself through professional bodies (EXOS and ALTIS) and Loughborough based specialists, Speed Works.

In his spare time Cieran heads for adventures in the outdoors; mountain, river or forest, he’s not fussy.  His other passion is music, from Katherine Jenkins to Kerrang, his tastes are varied and eclectic.
