Our facilities

Our free weights zone has everything you need to get a good workout, no matter what your abilities. State of the art equipment including world leading Footscan technology and cycling analysis in our Bike Fit Studio.

Work with the best

Unlike many clinics, we not only work as individuals in our own areas, but we combine our knowledge, working together as a multi-disciplinary team. Within the team we have worked at multiple Olympics, Commonwealth Games, and have competed at national and international levels across a number of sports. We are passionate about using this knowledge, experience, and our strength as a team to identify your goals and help you achieve them, whatever they are.
