Tell me more about the endurance classes
If you enjoy running, cycling, swimming or multisport activities then our new endurance training classes are for you.
Whether you run 5k, ultra marathons, cycling challenges or ironman triathlon, these are all forms of endurance sport. Often these athletes look to get better by only doing more of the same training and miss out on a key aspect of both performance and injury prevention -which is getting in the gym and doing some structured strength training.
Is strength training your missing link?
Our endurance training sessions are aimed at those who want to be challenged and include:
• Circuit based strength combined with CV training
• Structured sessions
• Progressive loading blocks
• Learn how to move better to improve running and cycling performance
• Get motivated in a group environment
