This physiotherapist-led service offers a personalised running and strength training program designed to meet your specific needs. Led by Carl Bell, our Lead Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, this program is backed by over 20 years of experience in injury rehabilitation.

Carl brings extensive expertise in biomechanics, exercise progression, and sports-specific rehabilitation. He believes that truly understanding the physical demands of a sport is key to creating an effective care pathway that keeps athletes injury-free and performing at their best.

Following a comprehensive initial assessment, you will receive a customised running and strength program tailored to your goals and areas of weakness. The focus is on building resilience, addressing imbalances, and helping you unlock your full potential as a runner.
