We will analyse your performance using the Runeasi Gait Analysis and Footscan technology, along with Force Plate testing, run specific strength tests and a biomechanical assessment.
The demand of running is greater than many appreciate, with research showing that forces of up to 7x your body weight are transferred through the body.
During the assessment we will assess and monitor the ability of your body to tolerate such forces.
The findings from your assessment will give you insight into how you move, highlight any potential injury risks and what you can do about it.
