John Dennis

John Dennis MCSP, physiotherapist and bike fitter is recognized as one of the most experienced fitters worldwide. John has worked as Lead Physiotherapist with British Triathlon and the English Institute of Sport. At Momentum, John offers Physiotherapy and a range of bike fit options.

Carl Bell

Clinical Lead Rehab Physiotherapy

Carl has developed a keen focus in rehabilitation and exercise progression and believes that understanding the demands of a sport is essential in creating a pathway of care to remain injury free. Carl takes great satisfaction from seeing patients being able to reach their goals. At Momentum, Carl offers Physiotherapy, Footscan and Running Assessments

Kate Disley

Sport Rehabilitator

Kate is an experienced sports rehabilitator and soft tissue therapist. She has over 18 years of experience working in clinical and sport settings, across a variety of sports. With a passion for learning, she has undertaken an MSc in Sports Rehab. Kate has a keen interest in endurance runners, rugby and running biomechanics. At Momentum, Kate offers 1-2-1 assessment and rehab, 1-2-1 or group pilates and sports massage.

FAQ

What do you need to turn up with?

You may well be working with your physio on the gym floor so make sure you have eaten before you turn up and are wearing clothes you can exercise in. It’s always a good idea to turn up clean and with underwear.
