Learnings
Time trial & triathlon positions
Learn the specific needs and characteristics of a time trial bike position. Establish where a TT bike position ends and a triathlon position starts.
Multiple distances
Look at different distances and how bike position differs for distances such as sprint and ironman.
New & existing bike fitting
Sizing and fitting for new TT bikes, how they differ, and what you need to consider. Where in the ‘clock face’ do you prescribe the fit for your riders?
Understand regulations
Gain awareness of UCI regulations and exemptions when it comes to bike fitting.
Equipment Selection
Front end ergonomics in terms of cups/extensions, and helmet selection.
