Group Classes at Momentum
We are delighted to have a few options available to you if you are looking to get fit and strong whilst getting to know other like-minded people. Our Pilate Class is led by Kate Disley, who has over 15 years experience of delivering Pilates. We work with the Outdoor Fitness Company (ODFC) to deliver the group exercise classes – with over 40 available across the week at various locations. Our over 50’s exercise class is specifically designed for those looking to retain strength and active lifestyles and is delivered by our Rehab Strength and Conditioning Coach, Jack.
Come Prepared
With all our classes, we would suggest comfortable gym gear and a water bottle. We do have lockers and showers available on site if needed.
