- History and aggravating activities (running, stairs, sport)
- Strength, control and range at hip, knee and ankle
- Running gait or movement assessment where relevant
- Footscan / orthotic needs when load and foot mechanics contribute
Treatment building blocks
- Load management and graded return to running or sport
- Strength training (often proximal to distal)
- Cadence / foot-strike changes when indicated
- Manual therapy and soft tissue work where helpful
- Supervised rehab in clinic when structure and equipment matter
