Jordan was given the opportunity to be a professional footballer at Sunderland AFC as a teenager and played for five years.
His interest in Strength and Conditioning developed over the years playing professional football and then suffering a career changing injury. This motivated him to learn more about the human body and specifically how we recover from injury an how we can prevent further injuries. Working with the physios every day for nearly two years during his own rehabilitation resulted in him completing his degree in Sports & Exercise Science whilst working as a personal trainer.
Throughout his fitness career it has always been strength and conditioning based which is backed by science which he has implemented for his own training and his clients.
Jordan has played in the Conference North for several years playing for Darlington FC and Blyth Spartans, and still plays semi-professional football for Heaton Stannington FC.
In his spare time Jordan enjoys playing golf, watching footy with his mates and spending time with his partner Joanna and dog Milo.
